Refund Policy

Returned Goods: We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized return. Returns must be made within 10 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing by TECI. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Core Return Policy

Cores must be ‘a like part number’ and repairable. If the Core is rejected or BER, TECI reserves the right to process the core charge
