U.S. Export Regulations Acknowledgment
Products, commodities, or services purchased, leased, or otherwise obtained from TECI and applicable supporting technical data are subject to the U.S. Government’s Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and to regulations enforced by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). TECI and its employees comply with all applicable restrictions under domestic and foreign laws relating to the importing or exporting of those products, commodities, or services. TECI will abide by U.S.-American Embargo laws and requests its partners to do the same. As per our policy; we ask that you confirm the following:

I (We) will comply with all applicable U.S. export laws and regulations and will not export, re-export, transfer, sell, re-sell, orotherwise divert TECI products, technology, or software purchased, leased, or otherwise obtained from TECI contrary to U.S.export control laws. I (We) will not export, re-export, transfer, sell, re-sell, or otherwise divert any of the products, technology, or software purchased,leased, or otherwise obtained from TECI to any country embargoed or restricted by the United States Government unless authorized by the United States Government.
I (We) will not export, re-export, transfer, sell, re-sell, or otherwise divert any of the products, technology, or software purchased,leased, or otherwise obtained from TECI for use in activities which involve the development, production, use or stockpiling of nuclear, chemical, biological weapons or missiles, including companies that use these products in any facilities which are engaged in activities relating to such weapons.
I (We) will not export, re-export, transfer, sell, re-sell, or otherwise divert any products, technology, or software purchased,leased, or otherwise obtained from TECI or participate in export transactions with individuals or companies listed on any Denied,Unverified, Designated Nationals, or Debarred list published by the U.S. Department of Commerce, (Bureau of Industry &Security), U.S. Treasury Department, (OFAC), and the U.S. Department of State, (ITAR).
I (We) will obtain any applicable export licenses or prior approvals as required by the U.S. Government prior to export, re-export, transfer, sell, re-sell, of TECI products, technology, or software purchased, leased, or otherwise obtained from TECI.
I (We), will not participate in any boycott not sanctioned by U.S. Government or export, re-export, transfer, sell, re-sell, TECI products, technology, or software purchased, leased, or otherwise obtained from TECI to entities participating in boycotts not sanctioned by the U.S. Government.
I (We) agree that the export control requirements in items 1-6, above, shall apply to the company referenced below, including all subsidiaries & affiliated companies.

Foreign Corrupt Practices Acknowledgment
The export compliance policy of TECI requires acknowledgment of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, due to this policy; we ask that you confirm the following:

TECI and its employee’s abide by, and will be in full compliance of, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, (“FCPA”), and other applicable U.S. anti-corruption/anti-bribery laws. I (We) acknowledge that I (We) have been duly informed of TECI’s intent to be in full compliance of the before mentioned act and laws
I (We) certifies that our affiliates, partners, owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents have not and will not pay, offer, promise to pay or authorize the payment, directly or indirectly, of any monies or anything of value to any government official, government employee, political party or candidate for political office for the purpose of influencing any act or decision of such person or of the government to obtain or retain business, or direct business to any person
I (We) certifies that our affiliates, partners, owners, officers, directors, employees and agents are and will be in full compliance with the FCPA and other applicable anti-corruption/anti-bribery laws.
